Abu Mazen put forward his terms of reconciliation with Hamas

According to the newspaper Al-Hayat, published in Arabic in London, the chairman of the Palestinian Autonomy Abu Mazen put forward his terms of reconciliation with Hamas.

These conditions include the rejection of any Qatar intervention in the affairs of the Gaza Strip, the imposition of an effective Fatah authority on the territory of the sector and full control over the financial assistance that goes to Gaza.

As reported on September 27, "Cursor", Hamas criticized Abu Mazen for not abolishing punitive sanctions imposed on the Gaza Strip. A Hamas spokesman published a statement on the official website of the organization, which indicated that Abu Mazen should take "positive and responsible decisions" to lift the sanctions. "There are no longer grounds for delay," he said.

Abu Mazen welcomed the decision of Hamas late last week to dissolve the "administrative council", the actual government of Gaza, the creation of which caused the sanctions. However, he did not say when they will be removed. The Abu Mazen neighborhood promises that sanctions will be lifted as soon as the government of the Palestinian Authority takes control of Gaza.

When this happens, Fatah and Hamas have not yet agreed.

Recall that the 10th channel of ITV reported, with reference to the UAE news website, that in the near future a delegation will arrive in Gaza, which will include representatives of Egyptian intelligence and security services. The talks on reconciliation between Fatah and Hamas, which are held in Cairo, are already backed by practical steps - Mohammed Dahlan has already paid millions of dollars to the families of Fatah members killed in Gaza by the Hamas.
