More and more players of the National Football League demonstrate disregard for Trump's calls and ignore the US anthem

According to CNN, before the matches of the National Football League yesterday, many players from the New England Patriots, Jacksonville Jaguars, Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos and Miami Dolphins, with the traditional pre-match performance of the US national anthem, dropped to one knee, and did not stand at attention, as is customary. All the players of Pittsburgh Steelers, with the exception of one, did not appear at all until the end of the hymn.

Similar actions on the weekend were sharply condemned by Trump, who called such players "bastards" and called them to fire. Most coaches, team owners and players negatively perceived these statements of the US president. They point out that this is not a contempt for the hymn, but a protest against the position of the black population of the United States.
