The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, commenting on the page in Facebook the results of the elections in Germany and the victory of the bloc of Angela Merkel, expressed hope that the policy of Germany in respect of the Square will remain unchanged.

“I Express my sincere congratulations to Chancellor Angela Merkel, the winner of parliamentary elections, the leader of peace and stability in Europe.This victory brings the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and its future in United Europe!”, – he wrote.
