King Abdullah II of Jordan said at a meeting with Jewish leaders in New York that Haman would accept any results of an investigation into the incident at the Israeli embassy when an embassy employee shot and killed two Jordanians.

However, the King expressed displeasure that the investigation is proceeding slowly, accusing the Israeli government of this.

Earlier, the Jordanian authorities refused to request Israel to return diplomats to Haman, saying that it would be possible only after the verdict on the case of an employee of the Israeli embassy was pronounced.
