President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding Elchin Guliyev with the Order of flag of the Azerbaijan award.

According to the order, Elchin Isagul oglu Guliyev was awarded the Order of flag of the Azerbaijan Republic for special services in ensuring the protection of the state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
