Garo Paylan, a Turkish citizen of Armenian origin, arrived in Armenia.

Main purpose of the visit is to attend the 6th All-Armenian Forum "Armenia-Diaspora". The Forum, which began on September 18, will last 20. On the 19th of September, Paylan will make a speech on the topic of "can Turkey recognize the Armenian genocide?".

Paylan is a member of Turkey's Democratic People's Party. This is considered a Kurdish party.
