Ganja marathon-2017 at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation has begun in front of Zafar Tagi in Heydar Aliyev Park Complex on 17 September.

Kanal24 reports that Ganja, the ancient city of Azerbaijan, was the first city to host marathon between the regions.
