Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to approve the State Program "Azerbaijani Youth in 2017-2021".

The Youth and Sports Ministry is tasked to coordinate the implementation of the measures envisaged in the State Program and inform the President of Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on conferring honorary tiles for a group of cultural figures.

According to the order, Sabir Aliyev was awarded the title of People’s Artist of Azerbaijan for his contributions to the development of Azerbaijani music.
