The European Union launched a website to combat the propaganda of the Russian Federation.
The Euvsdisinfo.eu project was created as part of a campaign to improve the forecasting, review and response to pro-Kremlin disinformation and it was implemented under the EU anti-disinformation program, the website's information section said.
The portal, available in three languages: Russian, German and English, is overseen by the East StratCom Task Force working group on strategic communications, established in March 2015 to counter propaganda campaigns of the Russian Federation.
The first section of the site is devoted to news and analysis of pro-Kremlin disinformation. In the second, the most voluminous product is the Review of Disinformation. There are also key statistics here. On the portal you can check how many misinformation cases are fixed for the period you need.
"Responding to repeated requests of researchers, journalists and civil servants, we created a new function of an integrated database, which allows us to find more than 3,300 episodes of misinformation in the register," the website said.
