

Binyamin Netanyahu will depart on Sunday evening for a working visit to Latin America: Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.
This is the first official visit of the incumbent Israeli Prime Minister to Latin America. From there, the Prime Minister will fly to New York to attend the UN General Assembly in New York, where he will address Tuesday, September 19, and hold talks with the leaders of the countries participating in the Assembly.
The Israeli delegation includes businessmen whose sphere of activity is related to agriculture, water resources, communications and energy.
Netanyahu will begin his visit to Buenos Aires, where he will meet with the President of Argentina, Mauricio Macri. A number of agreements will be signed between the countries: an agreement on internal security, a customs agreement, an agreement on social insurance and an agreement related to the perpetuation of the Holocaust.
From Argentina, the Prime Minister will travel to Bogotá, where he will meet with Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos, and both countries will sign joint agreements: a memorandum of understanding on science and an agreement on cooperation in the field of tourism.
From Colombia, the Prime Minister will travel to Mexico City, where he will meet with Mexican President Enrique Fania Nito. The two countries will sign agreements: a memorandum of understanding on outer space, an aviation agreement and a communication agreement.
The Prime Minister will take part in the activities of Jewish communities in Argentina, Mexico and Colombia.
