The fire in Rostov-n-Don began today afternoon in a private house on Nizhny Novgorod street in the city center, after which the fire spread to neighboring buildings near the main square of the regional center.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 25 houses are covered with fire (11 two-storeyed and 14 one-storeyed) on the total area of ​​10 thousand square meters.

The fire extinguishes nine planes of specialization. A state of emergency has been introduced in the city, water and energy supply has been interrupted in the central regions.
