On Wednesday night, August 9, Israeli servicemen, border guards, police officers and members of the General Security Service (SHABAK) conducted an operation to detain suspected terrorists.

The press service of the IDF reported that in the village of Kubar the military arrested the father and brother of a terrorist who killed three Israelis in the village of Khalamish.

Recall that a knife-armed terrorist from Kubara penetrated Khalamish village and killed Yosef Salomon (70), his daughter Khai (46) and Elad's son (35). A neighbor of the Yosef family, serving in the army, wounded and neutralized the terrorist.

In total during the night, military and police arrested 25 suspected of involvement in terrorist activities. Arrests were held in that number, in Ya'beda, Madma, Sebastia, Azun, Dacheish and Hebron.

In the village of Sair, the military found and confiscated the Karl-Gustav submachine gun.
